Glycopyrrolate inhibits sweat production by preventing binding between acetylcholine and sweat glands, one of the neurotransmitters, and it is not compensatory.
When glycopyrrolate touches the eye area, it suppresses the parasympathetic nerves that cause perspiration and dries the tear glands, which may cause dilation of the pupils.
Therefore, we recommend that you avoid using the product on your eyes, nose, or mouth, as stated in the directions.
You may get dry mouth, but it'll back to normal in about three days.
Effective up to 24 hours, but may vary from person to person.
